Yesterday, a statement from Boots was released, recalling two of their baby products.
The statement said:
“The health and safety of our customers and patients is always our highest priority. We’ve recently discovered a potential manufacturing fault in two Boots Baby Soothers which might cause a small tear in the silicone teat.
As a precautionary measure we are recalling these two Boots Baby Soothers and we are asking customers to return these products to our stores immediately for a refund or replacement with a similar item.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our customers and would like to offer our reassurances that as soon as the fault was identified as part of our quality control process we immediately removed these lines from sale. No other products are affected.

The products that customers should return as a precaution are:
