A boy who left home because he was ‘bored of his life’ has been located safe and sound.

Arthur Heeler-Frood, 15, was found yesterday evening and reunited with his parents, 10 weeks after leaving home.

The teen was reportedly found after being spotted by a member of the public, at a railway station in East Devon - just 10 miles from his home.

Local police confirmed the good news today, thanking the public for their assistance with the search.

Arthur is said to have left his home in Devon on 6th September, to make the regular journey to school by bicycle.

His parents later found a note informing them that he was ‘bored of his life’, was leaving, and would be back in a year’s time.

“Please don’t try to find me or make me come home,” he wrote in the letter.

He also left instructions as to where his school uniform and bicycle could be found.

Parents Caroline and Jeremy were understandably beside themselves with worry over their son’s disappearance, and made a number of appeals for him to come home.

Thank heavens Arthur has been located safely.
