Britney Spears' niece Maddie Aldridge has made a full recovery from her accident and is even back playing sports.
Britney's sister, Jamie-Lynn, shared a video of little Maddie playing basketball to Instagram, with the caption, "God is good".
There were fears the little girl could have suffered brain damage during the ATV accident, as she was submerged underwater for several minutes.
More details have emerged about the eight-year-old's scary accident.
According to People magazine, Maddie was steering an ATV and accidentally drove into a pond.
Several family members, including her mum, dived into the pond to rescue her but were unable to free her from the vehicle.
After being unconscious for two days, Maddie woke up and immediately recognised family members, according to her dad Casey Aldridge.
We're so relieved to see her playing and having fun again.
