All children love a good Easter egg hunt and this year, Cadbury will be helping to make Easter unforgettable for children across the country. Cadbury are supporting 20 events of varying sizes across Ireland. Cadbury want to help make sure that more families enjoy a wonderful Easter holiday with their families. The events chosen were selected from dozens of entries who applied through the Cadbury Ireland facebook page in February. The successful events will receive support from Cadbury including Cadbury Easter eggs with some events also receiving entertainment and games.
The tradition of Easter egg trails or hunts goes back to early Christian times and has become increasingly popular in recent years. The 20 events this Easter offer families a wonderful opportunity to spend time together and enjoy some of Ireland's most beautiful sites including Kylemore Abbey, Fota House, Glenveagh National Park, Birr Castle and Craggaunowen to name just a few.
