This is the question posed by The Jubilee Project as part of their new campaign ‘#IAmComfortableBecause, in which they hope to inspire self-confidence through inner beauty.
As part of this campaign, the group has released a powerful video in which they asked a mix of 50 adults and children what they would change about their body.
As you may expect, the adults drum up a long list of answers, giving a heart-breaking insight into some of the struggles they have dealt with as a result of negative body image.
Astonishingly, however, the children in this video have a very different series of responses for the question posed.
Indeed, while the adults were quick to pick their appearances apart, these children send a powerful message about our changing attitudes to body image as we get older.
