Bosses at Coronation Street have revealed a storyline that is bound to get people talking – the pregnancy of 12-year-old Faye Windass (Ellie Leach).
Faye was introduced onto the show back in 2011 as the adopted daughter of Anna Windass.
The plot is set to air later this year and a source told The Sun: “This is bound to be a controversial storyline but the programme has a history of handling difficult matters in a sensitive and considerate way.”
This storyline may sound familiar to fans of the show who remember Sarah Louise Platt (Tina O’Brien) giving birth to baby Bethany back in 2000 at the age of 13.
