The Game:
- Save food packages like cereal boxes, milk cartons and egg boxes. You can also save pasta and rice packaging and plump them up with tissue paper.
- Create money from paper and use a shoe box as the cash register. Receipts can be handwritten.
- Stack the table top with food items.
- One child can be the shop owner and the other can be the shopper. If there are extra children, one can be a shop assistant and the rest can be other shoppers.
