A father has come in for major criticism after posting a video of his 14-month-old daughter playing with a 13ft Burmese python.
Jamie Guarino has come under fire for the shocking footage in which his little girl Alyssa is seen crawling on the floor while the snake slithers around her body.
The 34-year-old snake handler recorded the footage along with a message in which he expresses his wish to educate people about snakes.
Guarino says that while most people will be shocked and afraid by the sight of the animal wrapped around his daughter, he believes snakes to be friendly and loving pets.
