Easter break is fast approaching and if you still haven’t made any plans for the kids, why not book them into The Cookery School @ Donnybrook Fair. This Easter camp is fun, interactive and educational, while also satisfying their hungry bellies.

The four-day course has been specially designed to teach young students how to cook a variety of dishes, proving them with a great foundation in the basics.

Niall Murphy, resident chef and Cookery School manager said; “The young students will learn to cook great-tasting, seasonal dishes such as homemade tomato relishes and fresh berry pavlovas.

“ The whole Donnybrook Fair ethos is built on our devotion to food and we want to pass on a bit of that passion and help ensure that the art of cooking and baking endures.“

“It’s a hands-on course which concludes, each afternoon, with the students enjoying the fruits of their labour. Each day will build on the previous day’s experience and will help boost the confidence of all budding gourmets.”

These classes will take place in the purpose built, state-of-the-art Cookery School, located above Donnybrook Fair fine food store, 84 Morehampton Rd, Donnybrook, Dublin 4

The camp takes place from 2nd – 5th April 2013 from 10am – 2pm daily. Camps cost €200. For more information, or to book a place for your child, visit www.donnybrookfair.ie or telephone 01 668 3556.
