If your gang of bookworms are avid Harry Potter fans, then this is most certainly the news they've been waiting for!
Delighting wannabe wizards everywhere, publishing group, Little, Brown UK, today announced that Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will be released in the UK on July 31st this year.
Set 19 years after J.K Rowling's last Hogwarts' offering, this story will follow the much-loved Harry as he juggles life and work as an exceedingly busy dad-of-three.
Unsurprisingly, Little, Brown's big announcement was met with glee this afternoon as fans of the world-famous book series prepared to follow Harry on his latest adventure.
"This is the best news ever. It's my birthday and it's one of the best gifts that I ever had," tweeted one overjoyed J.K Rowling fan this afternoon, while another revealed: "I've just held a young readers book group discussing HP, and I get home to this fabulous news. Yay!"
Set for release on the same day as its play of the same name hits the London stage, there's no doubt that this summer is set to be a magical one!
