The family of Fiona Sinnott, the mum-of-one who went missing in Wexford on February 9th 1998, have appealed to the public for information.

Fiona, who was 19-years-old at the time of her disappearance, went missing after a night out in Butler's pub on Broadway.

Fiona would now be 36 and her family refuse to give up hope that the mystery can be solved, with her heartbroken sister Diane saying: "We are convinced that someone in the locality knows something about Fiona's disappearance."

Appealing for help, Diane goes on to say: "We just want them to come forward and contact gardaí. Any little bit of information would be a help."

Fiona's daughter Emma was just one when her mother vanished.
