Have you always dreamed of finding a well-paid nannying role with lots of perks?

Well, this family are seeking a nanny for their four children and are offering an astonishing £100K per year, plus foreign travel to Barbados, Atlanta and Cape Town.

The parents posted the tempting offer on the website childcare.co.uk and no doubt they will soon have many eager applicants.

However, the job does come with certain conditions and the requirements for the job are also quite thorough.

The nanny must have at least 15 years of experience, a child psychology degree, have no children of their own and be willing to work six days a week 7am to 8pm.

Furthermore, the parents describe the job as “demanding” and require “constant monitoring” of their brood, even during lessons.

The children are aged two, five, seven and 15 so the nanny must be confident with all age groups.

The children are all home-schooled and the nanny’s role includes "participating in the lessons to help with further studies outside of the classes".

The nanny must be comfortable with flying as the family enjoy jetting between their London residence and their other foreign homes. The nanny will have their own living space in each home with a private bathroom, kitchen area and living room - not too shabby!

The ad goes on to say that the parents would like the nanny “to eat with the children at every meal, which will be cooked for them by a Michelin star chef, however, this is not mandatory”. We wouldn't say no...

All applicants must hold a clean UK driving licence and will have the choice of driving a fleet of luxury sports cars including a Porsche, a Range Rover and a Maserati.

While a clean driving licence is pretty much standard for a nannying role, one other requirement is a bit more unusual.

The mother writes: “Ideally our nanny will be trained in self-defence, however, if the right candidate doesn’t already have this training we will provide and pay for it. This is non-negotiable”.

The parents are “often absent due to work and social commitments” but like to take over when they are around so the nanny must be prepared to take leave when not needed.

The successful candidate must be prepared to work a two-week trial before the family make a final decision on the matter. They must also sign a non-disclosure agreement, prior to commencing work.
