The press looked on as The Imitation Game star arrived hand-in-hand with husband James Righton, of the band The Klaxons, and looked very content with her gently expanding figure.
Wearing her hair loose around her shoulders in soft curls, the 29-year-old actress rocked a matching yellow clutch and very minimal make-up.
The glitzy celeb event which was held in The Four Seasons in Beverly Hills saw a whole host of stars attend and it looked like Keira was thrilled to receive compliments and well-wishes from supportive celeb friends and co-stars.
The stunning brunette announced her pregnancy in December and commented on her particular work/life balance by saying; "Would I be a stay-at-home mother? No. On the other hand, you should be allowed to do that, as should men, without being sneered at."
