Gossip Girl star, Blake Lively, welcomed her first child into the world just before the new year, but unlike many new mums, Ryan Reynold’s wife doesn’t feel the arrival of her baby daughter has heralded a particularly big change.

The actress who gave birth to daughter, Violet, in recent weeks spoke to People magazine about her new family dynamic, saying: “I don’t feel like it’s a massive change.”

Blake, who has made no secret of her desire to become a mother, did go on to say however that she’s experiencing “the happiest time in her life.”

Violet’s arrival may not seem like an enormous change, but it’s one that has definitely brought a huge amount of joy to the Lively/ Reynolds household with Blake already planning to add to her brood!

Opening up about her desire to give baby Violet a sibling, the stunning star said: “I feel like my first child is going to be the oldest sibling to the next kid, and that may change with each and every year. I’m looking forward to how one baby influences the other, and to my family as a whole, to every single chapter.”
