British comedian Ronnie Corbett has sadly passed away at the age of 85.
One of the UK’s-best loved comedians, his double act, The Two Ronnies, with Ronnie Barker was hugely successful in the 70s and 80s.
"Ronnie Corbett CBE, one of the nation's best-loved entertainers, passed away this morning, surrounded by his loving family,” his publicist said in a statement. .
"They have asked that their privacy is respected at this very sad time."
