After 1,290 days in foster care between them, these four brother’s worried about where they would end up and if they would ever see each other once they found forever homes.

Michael, Jess, Camden and Elijah are the typical loving family, playing together and taking care of one another.

Julie and her husband had planned to adopt three of the four brother’s when they heard there was another younger sibling who would be left behind.

The decision to adopt three boys into their family of two daughters was already a big one, adding to that the fact that one of those boys suffered from cerebral palsy made the decision even more momentous.

Heartbroken that they couldn’t commit to adopting little Elijah as well, Julie thought of the perfect solution.

Julie called her friend and neighbour, Jay to tell her about these boys.

Jay’s response was simple and selfless:

“No matter what we would always make sure that these boys were family and that they knew they were family.”

And there it is the story of how four brothers were adopted by two families but remain together.
