Our thoughts and prayers are with little Heidi Miller today; the lone survivor of a tragic accident in which she lost her parents and her three sisters.

According to a report by Morning News USA, the four-year-old was on her way to church with her parents, Steve and Christina, and sisters Abigail (six), Kathryn (two) and Ellianna (eight months) when their minivan collided with an Amtrak train, in Colorado.

Heidi was the only survivor of the crash, which occurred on Sunday, 26th June, and was airlifted to Aurora’s Children’s Hospital with serious injuries.

None of the train’s passengers were injured in the accident.

A source told local media that relatives are with Heidi as she recovers in hospital, and added: “She is awake and asking for her mother.”

A GoFundMe page (link here) has been set up to pay for the family’s funerals as well as Heidi’s treatment and future.

Our hearts go out to the family at this devastating time, especially Heidi.

SHARE to gather well wishes for this little tot after her ordeal.
