It has been established that Dillon, who was last seen on Dublin's North King Street, was wearing black skinny jeans and a black Manchester United jacket at the time of his disappearance.
The teenager has been described as 5 foot 6 inches in height and of medium build.
Dillon, who is from Bridewell and last seen at approximately 5.45 pm on September 9th, also has short black hair.
Anyone who feels that have any information which may lead to the safe return of the young teen has been asked to contact the Gardaí.
Update: Reports have confirmed that Dillon O'Neill has been found safe and well.
