Gardaí have appealed for help in tracing the whereabouts of a mother and her week-old infant daughter, who have been reported missing from the Roscommon area.

 

Castlerea Gardaí this morning reported that they are ‘concerned for the welfare’ of 23-year-old Paige Holland (also known as Paige Goodier) and daughter Nevaeh Goodier/Tighe, who have been missing since Friday, January 15.

 

Ms Holland is said to have left her home in Westview, Cloonfad in Co. Roscommon with her baby, who was born just two days previous.

The new mother is said to be 5ft 6in in height, of medium build, with blonde shoulder-length hair and a strong English accent.

 

Gardaí believe that Ms Holland is travelling – possibly on public transport – with her boyfriend, Aaron Tighe, also known as Aaron Chadwick or Ian Smith.

 

Tighe, 22, is described as being 5ft 6in in height, of medium build, with short brown hair. He also has a strong English accent.
