This morning, Gardai have appealed for public assistance in the case of Jastine Valdez.

 

They require additional support from the public to locate the 24-year-olds blue shoulder bag and iPad mini.

 

It is understood that Gardai are investigating a link between Mark Hennessy and his potential activity on dating apps.

 

 

Additionally, it has been reported that the Gardai have launched a probe into the possibility that Mr Hennessy was stalking the student. 

 

The 24-year-old student was abducted in Enniskerry on Saturday by Mr Hennessy.

 

An operation by the Gardai discovered her remains in Rathmichael on Monday.

 

As part of the examination of Mr Hennessy's alleged activity on dating apps, a smashed up phone is being investigated. 

 

 

Gardaí have also appealed for dash cam footage from drivers who were in the south county Dublin area at the weekend.

 

Anyone who may have seen Mark Hennessy's black Nissan Qashqai should contact Gardai.
