Media outlets across the world have been announcing George Clooney’s fiancé Amal Alamuddin pregnancy very confidently over the last week.

A source claiming to be close to couple told tabloids that Amal was three months pregnant and that she would be a pregnant bride at her wedding to George.

Unfortunately, it seems like the rumour mill got it wrong.

A representative of George came forward to dismiss the rumours, confirming that Amal is in fact not pregnant.

The happy couple are planning to tie the not at the end of the month, where it’s said they are planning a small and intimate ceremony with close friends and family.

The wedding will be held at Lake Como in Northern Italy, where George owns a holiday villa.

The couple announced their engagement earlier in April after less than a year of dating.

Amal is a hugely successful Lebanese-British human rights lawyer, who has served as an advisor to the UN on the crises in Lebanon and Syria. She is currently representing Wikileaks’ Julian Assange in his fight against extradition.
