Mother-of-two Jade Scott decided to bring her two young children, Lilly and Ralph, to the restaurant this week as a special treat.
However, she was horrified when a 13-year-old girl allegedly attacked son Ralph in the bathroom with his sister, reportedly punching and drop-kicking the three-year-old boy in the face.
A clearly shaken Ms Scott recalled the shocking incident for ITV News, saying: “I was so angry at first, then I began to cry because I just couldn’t understand why someone would do that to my little boy.”
She added: “It made me feel degraded, to be honest, and that I failed him as a mum and let someone violently abuse him.”
A Scotland Yard spokesman confirmed that the 13-year-old suspect was arrested for causing actual bodily harm, and is on bail “pending further enquiries”.
What an absolutely shocking and terrifying incident.
