Two people have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence following the tragic death of a young girl in Essex yesterday afternoon.
According to reports, the child died after the bouncing castle she was playing on in Harlow Town Park blew away 'by some distance'.
Despite the best efforts of emergency services who were called to the scene at approximately 4.15pm yesterday, the youngster passed away in the Princess Alexandra Hospital after sustaining serious injuries.
Commenting on the tragedy which hit the headlines yesterday evening, East of England Air Ambulance Service said: "Our thoughts are with the friends and family involved on this sad day."
It has been established that Essex Police are now working with the Health and Safety Executive as part of their investigation, and enquiries are ongoing.
