The site, which has been used by parents all over the world to build Christmas excitement for their children, is boasting some fun upgrades this year.
Accompanying the site this year is a Chrome browser plug-in and a mobile app which offer up a countdown to the annual Christmas Eve Global Santa Tracking, as well as games and other cool features.
A welcome addition will be the new information section on international holiday traditions, which is sure to capture children’s interest and imagination.
Unveiling the cool new upgrades, Google delivered a very special message to parents and children alike:
“December may mean snow days in Denver, Colo. or beach days in Sydney, Australia, but in Santa’s Village, it means the countdown to Santa’s big night. Starting today, the elves are back on the clock in the North Pole – and throughout the month of December, you can join the elves and they unlock a new project or game each day in preparation for Santa’s annual journey around the world.”
Sounds exciting! This is definitely one to show those tech-savvy little ones.
