After their split last October it looks like it's officially over between Kevin McKidd and his wife Jane as they have filed for divorce.
The Grey's Anatomy actor has been married to Jane for 17 years and the pair have two children together 16-year-old son Joseph and 14-year-old daughter Iona.
The actor's rep told E! News in a statement:
"Kevin and Jane have jointly decided to end their marriage.
"They look forward to continuing to co-parent their children, who have been their top priority, and will continue to enjoy a close and caring relationgship."
The couple are planning on sharing custody of their two children in Los Angeles where the family is based.
Shortly before the announcement of the couple's split, Kevin became an American citizen as he was accompanied by his family to his swearing in ceremony in California.
