The launch of the latest Harry Potter story has given fans their much-needed dose of the boy wizard as the script for the new play Harry Potter and The Cursed Child went on sale today.
The release of the script happened a few short hours after the premiere of the play at the Palace Theatre in London's West End.

Over 700 fans attended the midnight launch at Waterstones in Piccadly in London with the four floors being transformed into the wizarding world.

With a 10ft winged nest, quidditch matches and plenty of memorabilia on show, Potter fans in attendance truly had the full experience.

The launch and premiere also marked the birthday of author JK Rowling and our favourite boy wizard, Harry.

The latest script is set 19 years after we last said goodbye to Harry who now works at the Ministry of Magic.
