Is it teething time for your little one?
Heres what Kate has planned for Prince Louis first birthday

Prince Louis is set to celebrate his first birthday on April 23 and it looks like the young royal will enjoy the momentous day at his home in Kensington Palace.

The Duchess of Cambridge is planning on marking her youngest son’s birthday with a simple family celebration like she did for both George and Charlotte’s first birthdays.

The Cambridge family will celebrate young Louis’ birthday at their home and will be joined by their closest family members and friends, including Prince Charles and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Kate is known for making a big effort when it comes to her children’s birthdays so it’ll come as no surprise to hear rumours that she is planning on releasing a birthday portrait of Louis for his special day.

The Duchess has a huge passion for photography and will more than likely capture the special snap of her little boy herself.

Kate and William marked both George and Charlotte’s first birthdays by sharing touching family snaps with the public.

Kate’s mum Carole Middleton explained that birthdays mean a lot to her daughter, especially first birthdays.

She told Good Housekeeping that Kate played a huge role in establishing the First Birthday range for their company Party Pieces: “My children have all worked for the business. Catherine started the First Birthday brand – she chose the products and looked after all the imagery and the catalogue production.”

We’re sure the mum-of-three will make sure her young son has the most wonderful first birthday.
