A military raid authorised by Donald Trump in Yemen has resulted in the death of a little girl aged just eight-years-old.
Anwar al-Awlaki was killed during the raid according to Reuters; her father, who was involved with Al-Qaeda, was also killed in a drone strike in 2011.

Anwar's grandfather told reporters horrifying details about his granddaughter's death, revealing she suffered for two hours.
"She was hit with a bullet in her neck and suffered for two hours," Nasser al-Awlaki told Reuters.
"Why kill children? This is the new (U.S.) administration - it's very sad, a big crime."
It's believed up to 30 people - including 10 women and children - died in the raid.
Neither the Pentagon nor Donald Trump made any reference to civilian casualties.
