How can I tone up my legs and bum?

Squats are the best way to tone up your legs and bum (something many mums would like to do after having a baby). But if you are not a regular gym goer, you may be unsure how to do squats properly.

This video from Tony O’Regan, fitness instructor at Carton House, shows us how to do a proper prayer squat, for your work out at home, or fitness programme. This is a fantastic way to work the legs and bum without using any gym equipment so you can do it from the comfort of your own home.
