Sometimes our lives are so hectic that we don’t realise others taking notice of our emotions, our gestures, our actions; but it is often the case that our loved ones do, every day.
One person who has proven this like no other is Bobby Wesson, a proud husband and father whose tribute to his ‘hero wife’ has gone viral this week.
Bobby’s wife Rayena is a trauma nurse and, as his Facebook post documents, she deals with daily battles to help others and save lives.
After finding Rayena cuddled up with their young son recently, Bobby decided to capture the image and immortalise it on social media as part of a very touching dedication.

“She will kiss the baby, she will kiss me and she will leave to go take care of people that are having the worst day of their entire lives…She will take care of you,” he wrote.
In a post that has touched hearts all over the world, Bobby went on to praise Rayena for everything she does and her approach to life: “My wife is a nurse. My wife is a hero.”
Needless to say, the comment section has been filled with warm wishes to Bobby and Rayena, with one woman summing up much of the sentiment: “As a nurse for 25 years, thank you for your kind thoughts and words.”
