Living rent- or mortgage-free is a just a dream for most of us.

But a UK millionaire is determined to make that dream to come true for a lucky family or individual.

Marco Robinson had a tough start in life, often sleeping on park benches as a child, according to The Irish Mirror.

Now a successful businessman, he wants to give back by donating one of his properties to someone in need.

The three-bedroom house in Lancashire is worth £120,000, mortgage-free and comes fully-furnished.

Generous Marco is even willing to pay the council tax on the property if needed.

The winner will be selected through a documentary which will be aired on Channel 4.

Marco says he wants to help those who cannot get mortgage approval and need a secure place to live.

"The people who I want to see live in this flat are people who need a home, they need sanctuary and some security, and that will make them feel significant again," he told the publication.

"They need to be in desperate need with nobody helping them getting out of this vicious cycle."

He's keen to find a deserving person or people to live in the flat.

"I want someone who is willing to make the effort, someone who is hard-working but has found themselves in deep problems, not someone who's just going to abuse this situation."
