Singer KT Tunstall, who was made famous by her song Suddenly I See, has opened up about how much she changed following the sudden death of her father, David.
David was involved in a cycling accident back in 2012, and his death made the now 41-year-old, whose real name is Kate Victoria, realise just how unhappy she was.
The singer subsequently then made changes to her life which ultimately led to her divorce from her husband of four years, drummer Luke Bullen.
The couple were actually granted a divorce in just 80 seconds by a judge at London's High Court.
Tunstall then moved to Southern California where she took time out of the spotlight so she could begin to rebuild her life.
However, the star is now back with a new album - KIN, which features the likes of Hard Girls and Two Way, a duet with James Bay.
"I'm so grateful for all the s**t that happened," the singer told People, “because it shocked me into changing my life."
