Irish band Kodaline, made the day for lots of patients in Temple Street Children’s Univeristy Hospital recently when they came in to visit.

The band played their hit song, High Hopes, to a very delighted audience of children, nurses and doctors alike.

Temple Street uploaded this great video to their YouTube account and thanked the band for their amazing visit: “For some of the children in the hospital for a long time, music is a lifeline. It’s a therapy for them. For the boys to take the time to come in and sing for them – it was magical. Words cannot describe what a moral boost it is for the patients for someone like Kodaline to visit them at their bedside. It really does brighten lives and leave lasting memories.”

Well done, boys, what a perfect gesture.
