Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum showed the world just how talented they were in dance movie Step Up, back in 2006.
Last night, as Jenna was putting her dance skills to appropriate use in rehearsals for a Janet Jackson concert, the mum took a special guest along with her.
Jenna brought her daughter - four-year-old Everly - to work, and the videos are far too adorable!
The mum shared a video from the dance practice, where she can be seen hard at work with her fellow dancers.
The World of Dance presenter was rehearsing strenuously as she put the final touches on a dance routine.
During the dance rehearsal, Everly to realise that her mum was working, and the little girl was seen running over to Jenna and clinging onto her legs!
Even though her daughter was hugging her tightly, Jenna continued dancing and powered through the routine!
The adorable moment can be seen in a video on her Instagram account, the caption reading, “Mom life last night.”
Jenna has been busy rehearsing for Janet Jackson’s Hollywood Bowl concert.
The mum-of-one has praised Janet in the past and believes she helped kick-start her dazzling career as a dancer and actress.
The dancer starred in two of Janet Jackson’s music videos for songs; All For You and Doesn’t Really Matter. The American Horror Story actress was also a dancer on Janet’s All For You tour.
She has thanked the 51-year-old singer for giving her a chance to showcase her dance skills on such big scale.
She praised fellow mum Janet, “I dreamt of dancing with Janet since I was a kid and literally pinched myself every night of the All for You tour.”
She expressed her gratitude ahead of Janet’s Hollywood Bowl performance, “Here I am pinching myself again last night. She created a legacy for her dancers, and she personally began my career
Jenna posted a photo to Instagram of the dance crew. She wrote, “Generations of Janet kids brought together. Dancing for her was always way more than a job, it was being part of a legacy.”
The doting mum couldn’t believe she was dancing with Janet again, “I have been pinching myself all day being in a room years later dancing with these legends. Excited to share soon.”
Her daughter Everly isn't too supportive of the movie that brought her parents together. Channing shared that his daughter wasn’t a fan of Step Up.
He told Jimmy Kimmel, “We were like, 'This is really cool! It's got dancing.’ Within 10 seconds, she was like, 'Can I watch a real movie?”
We love how honest four-year-old Everly is!
