This is the most heart-warming thing you will watch all day.

Two football teams in the US made one young fan's dream come true by letting him score the final touchdown of their season.

Eight-year-old Gabe White, who has Down syndrome, is an honorary “manager” and dedicated fan of the Rhinelander High School’s freshman football team, on which his brother, Owen, plays.

While attending the final game of the season last Thursday night, both teams decided to pay a special tribute to their adoring fan Gabe, by letting him score a touchdown all the way from the other side of the field.

Even the opposition team, Mosinee, played their part by pretending to dive while Gabe made his break for the touchline.

What an inspiring group of young people.

This will absolutely make your Monday.
