It’s been a tough year for Madonna and Guy Ritchie but the drama of where their son, Rocco, should live permanently seems to be over.

According to US entertainment site TMZ, the Music singer has finally reached a settlement in her custody battle with the English movie director, whom she divorced in 2008.

While the exact details of the settlement have not been revealed, it is reported that 16-year-old Rocco will be schooled in London with his father, and will receive ‘regular’ visits from his mother.

Taking to Twitter following the news that she lost her custody battle, the 58-year-old, who is also mum to Lourdes, Mercy and David, shared two photos of herself.

In one post she called herself a ‘soccer mom’...

And in the next she said that she should be treated like a queen:

The post comes mere hours after a court ruled that her sixteen year-old son could stay with his 47-year-old father, who is married to Jacqui Ainsley and has three other children.

Once my baby always my baby. Happy Sweet 16!
