Easter is arriving early this year, so parents need to get a move on organising entertainment and camps for the kids.
Mellowes’ Easter Bunny Experience in Athboy, County Meath is Ireland’s most interactive and child-friendly adventure centre. This year they are hosting the Easter Bunny and a range of Disney characters for Easter weekend. These activities always sell out so booking early is advised.
There will be a treasure hunt, a souvenir photo with the Easter Bunny, and art and crafts along with real egg decorating. Other treats include a bouncy castle, a pets’ corner where the Easter chicks hang out, mini-golf, a playground, and pedal go-karting.
Open on Saturday 30th March and Easter Sunday 31st March, from 3pm-5pm, children have a two hour visit to all the attractions, and leave with their craft work and a chocolate Easter egg gift.
Family passes for two adults and two children are €35 for Saturday or Sunday, with individual children’s tickets at €14, and accompanying adults €5.
