There will be plenty of spooky activities taking place in Belfast over Halloween, and the Metro Monster Mash is sure to be a favourite for families.

Halloween celebrations will kick off at 2.30pm - 6.30pm on October 27th at the Titanic Slipways beside Titanic Belfast. For the first time ever, the hair-raising fun activities and spooky happenings are taking place at The Slipways at Titanic Belfast. There will be live on-stage music from North Belfast’s Conor Scott, who appeared in BBC One’s The Voice, and local band Freefall, dance performers, street theatre and walkabout entertainers, stunning fire shows, face painters, wacky workshops and special guests. Children and adults are invited to dress up in their spookiest costumes for the chance to win some fantastic prizes. Entertainment will finish at 6pm with the biggest fireworks display in Northern Ireland.

Translink Metro has organised free ‘ghost buses’ for the event so little ghosts and goblins can be brought to and from the event. This free shuttle service operates on a circular route from SS Moores in Chichester Street to the Titanic Slipways and back to City Hall throughout the afternoon. Parking at the event will be restricted so it’s advised the public use this shuttle bus service is possible.
