A mother, whose six-year-old son has been missing since January, wrote a very moving and incredibly touching open letter to her young boy, telling him that she will “see [him] very soon.”

Little Mani vanished from his home in Kielce, Poland at the start of the year with his British dad, and his mum, Leyla Dad, who is from Poland, has written this letter in the hope it will reach her son.

In the letter Leyla tells her son to “not worry” and that they will “see each other again soon”.

Knowing that the youngster won’t understand what is going on, she writes: "Please, please do not worry. I know it has been a long time since I saw you but I love you so much and you are in my heart and in my thoughts every second of every day.”

Police believe the youngster is currently in Britain with his father Zayn Dean, also known as Dholtanan Dad.

According to lawyers, the couple married in 2008 in England before moving to Poland in 2013. The couple broke up a year later and while Leyla stayed in Poland with her youngster her estranged husband returned to England. In January of this year, Mani’s mum agreed that his dad could take the little boy on a short trip to Warsaw but sadly, the father didn’t return on the date agreed.

Reports have said that Leyla, who kept Mani’s British and Polish passports,  received an email from Zayn saying they were heading to the UK via Germany having obtained temporary travel documents.

The little boy and his father have not been seen since he was taken.
