A woman who lost her boyfriend in a tragic accident just weeks before she was due to give birth to their child has immortalised him in their son’s life in the most beautiful way.
Sierra Sharry and boyfriend Lane Smith were about to become parents for the first time, when Lane tragically lost his life.
Heartbroken Sierra went on to give birth to the couple’s son, Taos, and recently decided to pose for professional family photos with her little one.
However, when charged with the task, Sierra’s friend Kayli decided to go the extra mile and pay tribute to Lane in the most beautiful way possible.
Using old photos of him, Kayli managed to retrofit Lane into the new portraits of Sierra and their little boy, with stunning results.
Overwhelmed by the photos, Sierra took to her social media channels to share them with her friends, writing: “Thanks to Kayli I now have a picture of my little family. It brought me to tears as I know it will many y’all. This is how I picture us: Taos and I living our lives the best we can with Lane ALWAYS watching over our shoulder.”
Needless to say, the moving post has since gone viral, with the photos resounding with so many all over the world.
