You asked

My hair has become thin and limp, are there any products you would recommend?

Having fine and thin hair can be very frustrating. However, there are tonnes of hair care products that can make things a little easier. Firstly, stay away from products that are recommended for normal hair types as they will just weigh the hair down and make it look worse. Look for a volume boosting product specifically designed for thin and limp hair.

Volumising shampoos & conditioners
Volumising shampoos and conditioners claim to work by "plumping" each strand of hair to make them appear thicker. In reality, whilst these products will not flatten your hair, they may not deliver on all that they promise. One product we recommend is Pantene Pro V Aqualight shampoo and conditioner.

Volumising styling products
Volumising styling products such as mousses, serums and hairsprays stick to the hair follicle, providing added texture and volume until you wash them out. These products usually give a more noticeable appearance of thicker hair. MummyPages recommends TRESemme’s 24 Hour Body Collection.
