Having fine and thin hair can be very frustrating. However, there are tonnes of hair care products that can make things a little easier. Firstly, stay away from products that are recommended for normal hair types as they will just weigh the hair down and make it look worse. Look for a volume boosting product specifically designed for thin and limp hair.

Volumising shampoos & conditioners

Volumising shampoos and conditioners claim to work by "plumping" each strand of hair to make them appear thicker.
