The mere suggestion of guilt-free shopping for a good cause almost sounds too amazing to be true, but this is exactly what Dundrum Town Centre have planned with their latest campaign.

Launched yesterday, the ‘Shop for Good’ scheme – now in its second year – is offering customers the chance to raise much-needed funds for charity while treating yourself to a few bargains.

As part of Shop for Good at Dundrum Town Centre, customers are asked to purchase a Shop for Good coupon for €1, from a selection of pop-up booths all around the Centre. These coupons will allow customers to avail of fantastic discounts in a range of stores in the Centre, with all proceeds going towards the Irish charity Console.

Shop for Good at Dundrum Town Centre is set to take place in the Centre, and will be rolled out over three days, from Friday 24th – Sunday 26th April.

On hand to help launch the event this week were a host of Irish celebrities including Nadia Forde, Miriam O’Callaghan and boyband Hometown.

MummyPages’ presenter Lisa Kavanagh was lucky enough to get to chat to model, singer and former I’m A Celebrity star Nadia about everything from life in that famous jungle to her love life and exciting career plans.

Despite living with a host of nasty creep-crawlies, and the lack of showers, Nadia spoke very enthusiastically about her time in the jungle on I’m A Celebrity.

She was a little more tight-lipped when it came to matters of the heart however, admitting that while there is no special man in her life right now, we’ll certainly be kept guessing!

We would imagine that it would be very hard to fit romance in in the coming months, if Nadia’s upcoming plans are anything to go by.

As well as releasing a new song, entitled ‘Stuck’ in the coming two months, Nadia is also set to start rehearsals for a West End show called ‘West End Men’, which will be coming to Dublin in June.

Commenting on Shop for Good, Nadia described it as a ‘genius’ idea that is perfect for shopping-lovers who want to spread a little goodness.
