A quick and easy snack - simply stick alternative layer of cheddar cheese cubes with green or red grapes on a cocktail stick and then enjoy.

3. Granola and yoghurt

Combine a bowl of healthy granola with a few spoonfuls of your favourite yoghurt for a delicious mid-morning snack. Add some chopped berries or a banana if you are feeling particularly peckish.
