Louise Redknapp proves her family life is just like the rest of ours as she admits her two kids get embarrassed by her.
The former Eternal singer is currently competing on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, but said that her two sons - Charley, 12, Beau, eight – were a little bit wary about her doing it in the first place in case she embarrassed them.
Yup. Just like the rest of us, Louise makes her kids cringe - even when appearing on high rating shows like Strictly!
The mum was speaking on Good Morning Britain when she said that Charley pleaded with her not to embarrass him!
"To start with the older one was like, "Please don’t embarrass me!" But that’s what’s great about the show, everyone gets involved.
"They’ve all come down to rehearsals and Jamie comes too."
Thankfully, however, the 42-year-old, who is believed to be in with a chance of winning, says that her two boys are very supportive of her now, with Beau even giving her a few tips.
"They help out! I couldn’t get Louise to stretch her arm and the little one was like,'Mum stretch, like you’re trying to reach a new handbag!'" her dance partner Kevin Clifton said.
However, clearly not concerned in the slightest about the 'Strictly curse', Louise has said that her husband, Jamie, was always supportive of her doing the show.
"Jamie likes to come down and give his opinion. He told me to give it my all, don’t be shy and don’t back out now."
