It's safe to say we were over the moon to hear about the Downton Abbey movie, which is set for release next year.

Fans of Downton Abbey will be delighted to hear that one of the show’s best stars will appear on the Late Late Show tomorrow night.

 

 

From Aristocracy to rock royalty, Dublin actor Allen Leech joins Ryan to chat about what it was like to achieve worldwide fame playing Tom Branson in the critically acclaimed Downton Abbey.

 

The actor will also chat about his role as Freddie Mercury’s manager in the highly anticipated movie, Bohemian Rhapsody.

 

The Downton Abbey star will appear on the show alongside historian Catherine Corless, who uncovered details of a mass grave at the former Mother and Babies Home in Tuam.

 

 

All Ireland winning hurler and manager Davy Fitzgerald will also talk to Ryan about his legacy, his fiery reputation, and the latest season of Ireland’s Fittest Family which kicks off on Sunday.

 

Comedian Des Bishop will be in studio to talk about our obsession with Netflix and carvery dinners, and there will be music from Bell X1 and Gavin James.

 

The wife of Sean Cox will also talk to Ryan about her husband who ended up fighting for his life after he was attacked following the Champions League in Anfield.

 

 


David McCullagh will also be live in the studio following the polls closing to deliver the RTÉ / Red C Exit Poll result in the race to the Áras.
