The parents of a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since the end of June are appealing for fresh information amid fears that she may have been abducted.

Camilia Lupu, originally from Romania, went missing from Oldham, England at the end of last month. Now, two weeks after she was last seen, detectives believe that the teen may have been taken to Spain by a 37-year-old man.

Detectives working on the case think that Camilia, who was last seen at a relative’s home on June 26, was brought to Spain by Alin Coman, also from Romania. Coman is now wanted for child abduction.

Camilia’s heartbroken parents are now holding a joint news conference with the case’s lead detective, to appeal for new information from members of the public.

The teen is described as being white, around 1.4m tall, slim with dark hair and brown eyes. When last seen, Camilia was wearing her school uniform, a black skirt and a black leather jacket.
