Police in Texas have investigated a mother who ‘kicked her son out of home’, for voting for Donald Trump in a MOCK school election.
Concerns were raised when the woman posted a video to social media, showing her terrified seven-year-old son screaming and crying.
Holding the camera, the mother is heard branding her son a ‘Trump lover’ and ordering him to get his suitcase and get out of her home.
She also forced him to bring a cardboard placard bearing his voting preference.
“Since you voted for Donald Trump, you can get your s**t and get out…You want to vote for him, I’m going to show you. Get your suitcase and get out. We don’t want Donald Trump here,” she said.
The child was absolutely distraught as he begged his mother to stop, but she simply closed the door on him, and he pulled his case over to the pavement.
Minutes later, she marched outside and demanded that he explain why he voted for Trump; the poor mite responded: “Because I see him on TV a lot.”
The video garnered widespread shock and horror online, and Child Protective Services stepped in to investigate the incident.
The authorities determined that the boy was in good health and, ultimately, no crime had been committed. The case, however, has not been closed yet.
