The dlr Age Well Expo aims to promote this new paradigm and showcase the opportunities and resources available for older individuals to lead healthy, engaged, and fulfilling lives.

The expo will feature a diverse range of exhibitors, seminars, and presentations, providing attendees with a wealth of information and insights. One of the highlights of the event will be a presentation by Professor Ian Robertson, author of the enlightening book "How Confidence Works: The New Science of Self-Belief."
