Comedian Russell Brand has warmed up his vocal chords to celebrate his first wedding anniversary with Laura Gallacher.

Hitting all the right notes, the dad paid tribute to his partner by singing a tune from the movie he starred in, Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

Channelling Aldous Snow, the character he played in the romantic comedy, Russell posted his sing-song to Twitter.

Fans enjoyed a 33 second long video of the comedian singing with his wet hair slicked back.

A topless Russell sang loud and proud: “Old as Ancient Skies/I’ve had these wondering eyes.

“But you took me by surprise when you let me inside of you/Inside of you/Inside of you.

“I long to be, is it wrong to be, inside of you.”

He sweetly finished the video by wishing Laura a happy anniversary, along with some kisses.

The couple wed last year and have two children together.

It was reported that the 43-year-old became a dad for the second time in June.

The new arrival has a big sister, Mabel, who will turn two in November.

Happy anniversary to the couple!
