This festive season, our timelines have been flooded with beautiful stories about the kind Santa gestures that have delighted little children around the world, and this latest report is pretty special.

Hearts have been warmed this week, after Santa Claus’ wonderful gesture towards a two-year-old with a rare bone disorder hit the internet.

According to a report on Today.com, little Paige Mason suffers from osteogenesis imperfecta, a condition that makes her bones very brittle, and of late she has been wearing a body cast to correct a broken femur.

When Paige met Santa in her local shopping mall in Indiana recently, he noticed her cast, and decided to give her a precious gift to make the visit extra special.

Mum Stacy recalled: “He reaches into his pocket and pulls out this bell and tells her a story about how it fell off Prancer’s harness, and Prancer told him that he would be meeting a very special child soon, and when he does, he should give that bell to the child.”

Stacy went on to reveal how Santa told little Paige to ring the bell whenever she was feeling scared or sick, and it would remind her that Santa and her parents love her very much.

As you can imagine, the simple but beautiful gesture made Paige’s day: “She hung on his every word.”

Stacy went on to share Paige’s very special Santa photos to Facebook, and they have delighted the social media community, being shared and liked thousands of times.

We’re sure Paige will never forget her amazing encounter with Santa!
